1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GW Coaching website and your registration for, or participation in, any coaching program, masterclass, golf school, playing experience, or related service ("Services") offered by GW Sports Enterprise ("GW Coaching", "we", "us", or "our"), operating in the United Arab Emirates. By registering for any Service or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with any booking or purchase.
2. Company Information
GW Coaching is a trading name of GW Sports Enterprise, operating in the UAE. All coaching programs are delivered at Al Hamra Golf Club, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, and/or other venues as specified at the time of booking. For enquiries: info@gwsportsworld.com
3. Bookings and Payments
3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. 3.2 Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT as required under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax. 3.3 Payments are processed securely via Stripe. GW Coaching does not store card details. By completing payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service. 3.4 A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled program date will receive a full refund, less any payment processing fees. 4.2 Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the program date will receive a 50% refund. 4.3 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program date are non-refundable. You may transfer your place to another person by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the program. 4.4 GW Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program due to insufficient enrolment, adverse weather, venue unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered. 4.5 No refunds will be provided for non-attendance without prior written notice.
5. Health, Safety and Participation
5.1 Participation in golf coaching programs involves physical activity. You confirm that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. If in doubt, please consult a medical professional before attending. 5.2 You must inform us of any injuries, physical limitations, or medical conditions at the time of booking or prior to the session. 5.3 GW Coaching reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual if, in our reasonable judgement, participation would pose a risk to that individual or others. 5.4 All participants must adhere to the rules and etiquette of the host venue (Al Hamra Golf Club or otherwise), including dress codes, safety guidelines, and conduct standards.
6. Liability
6.1 GW Coaching shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in our Services, except where such liability arises from our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. 6.2 We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of earnings or opportunity. 6.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability in a manner that would be contrary to UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (Civil Transactions Law) or any other applicable UAE legislation. 6.4 Participants are advised to arrange appropriate personal accident and travel insurance prior to attending any program.
7. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, drill plans, video analyses, training content, and methodologies provided by GW Coaching are the intellectual property of GW Sports Enterprise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any such materials without our prior written consent.
8. Photography and Media
During programs, GW Coaching may photograph or record sessions for coaching, training, and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to such use unless you notify us in writing prior to the session. Media will not be shared in a way that identifies you without your explicit consent.
9. Personal Data and Privacy
9.1 We collect and process personal data (name, contact details, health information where relevant) for the purpose of delivering our Services and communicating with you. 9.2 Your data is handled in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). 9.3 We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required to deliver our Services (e.g. payment processing) or as required by law. 9.4 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@gwsportsworld.com.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 10.2 In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. 10.3 If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
11. Amendments
GW Coaching reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
